Milk, like in real milk...in my bath ?
Often confused with coconut water, coconut milk is very different. While water is taken directly from unripe coconuts, coconut milk comes from the flesh of mature coconuts. The nut pulp is finely grated and then pressed through a filter cloth to collect the coconut milk only. Then, generally, the coconut milk powder is obtained by freeze-drying, i.e. cold drying in order to preserve all the active ingredients and nutrients.
