Plantae offers a loyalty points program and an ambassador reward module.
Below is listed how it works :
- 3 points for every $1 spent
- 125 points give $1 reward
- 125 points when the user subscribes to the Plantae Artistes du soin cultivé facebook page (limit of one use per user)
- 125 points when the Plantae web page is shared on the user's facebook page (limit of one use per user)
- 125 points when the user subscribes to the Plantae Artistes du soin cultivé Instagram page (limit of one use per user)
- 125 points when a new user subscribes to the Plantae Artistes du soin cultivé newsletter (limit of one use per user)
- $5 reward coupon for ambassador and referred person. This coupon comes in the form of a link after an Ambassador has made a purchase so that it can be shared from the Ambassador to another person. If the referred person receiving the Ambassador's link makes a purchase, that person will receive the $5 discount, and the Ambassador will also get $5 back. The minimum value of the purchase must be greater than the amount of the coupon issued, ie $5 or more.
We do not ship internationally, but we want to bring the experience Plantae to everyone all over the world.

We use the services of Purolator for the delivery of all orders. At all times, delivery is free for all orders totaling $100 (amount before taxes) or more, anywhere in Quebec.
For any order under $100 (amount before taxes), delivery charges of $9.95 are applicable for Quebec.
For all orders under $120, delivery charges of $14.95 are applicable for the provinces of Ontario and New Brunswick, then $19.95 for the provinces of Alberta, British Columbia, Prince Edward Island, Manitoba, Nova Scotia, Nunavut, Saskatchewan, Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Yukon.
Our priority is to provide you with the best online shopping experience. Thus, we take every precaution to ensure that each order arrives at its destination in excellent condition and that the products are intact when they arrive at your home.
Orders are shipped and delivered at all times from Monday to Friday in order to promote the preservation of optimal product quality, so products will be delivered Monday to Thursday.
Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt if received before 12:00 PM (EST) with the exception of more remote provinces requiring extended transit times.
You can expect your package to arrive at its destination between 2-7 business days depending on your location in Canada.
When your package is delivered, an e-mail will reach you indicating the shipping confirmation issued by Purolator. From then on, you can go to the purolator.com site to follow the progress of your package.

* By finalizing a transaction on the platform of Plantae Artistes du soin cultivé, the customer accepts the terms and conditions of our shop. Also, the customer cannot hold our carrier or Plantae responsible for any theft, damage or breakage whatsoever related to the package and its contents.
Signature is usually required upon delivery of the package by our carrier.

This preserves the quality of the products and prevents them from being left in conditions that could alter them.
Of course ! We invite people from the Quebec City area and nearby, or from elsewhere in Canada visiting, to pick up their product(s) in person.

For people who prefer to have their order picked up, delivery costs are avoided by entering the code QUEBEC103 when paying.
Once the transaction has been completed using this code, the customer agrees to pick up his/her product(s) at the place mentioned above.
Plantae therefore releases itself from the responsibility of sending it by means of the courier and transport services and retains the product(s) of the customer until the latter pick up in person.
The drop-off point is accessible from Monday to Friday between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m., then 1 p.m. and 5 p.m.
The products are available for pick-up the business day following the transaction, according to the schedule mentioned above.
Returns and Exchanges
For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns on products that have been unpacked, opened and/or used.
A return on products is accepted, within 14 days of purchase, when the product :
- has not been opened,
- was not used,
- was not damaged,
- is in its original condition and packaging (including cellophane wrappers, if applicable).
At all times, a return must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt.
Shipping costs must be paid by the customer.
In order to benefit from a full refund, all the conditions listed above must be met.
For DUOS / TRIOS returns,
in order to guarantee the possibility of any return, you must contact us and send us all the products within 14 days of purchase. No individual product returns will be accepted. All merchandise must be intact: the products must not have been opened and/or used and the packaging must be intact in their original condition.

We are sorry to hear that a product is not suitable for you.
To submit a return request to us, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain return approval.
When preparing your return, pack the item carefully so that it is not damaged in transit.
We recommend shipping your return through a carrier with a tracking system. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We will not accept returns of packages where delivery to destination (C.O.D) must be paid for.
Note that if an item is used or the packaging is damaged, we will not be able to offer you a refund.
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. Please allow 14 business days for your refund to be processed.
Any product, except those opened and used or damaged, can be exchanged for another product or credit within 10 days of your purchase.
Please contact us by email so we can tell you how to proceed. At all times, a return must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt.
Delivery charges for any product returns are non-refundable.
If you have an allergic reaction following the use of a product, please contact us within 48 hours to let us know. Note that a medical certificate and/or photos may be requested to justify a return or an exchange.
