Mephisto soothing and purifying soap for difficult skin Laurel, nigella, willow bark & propolis

Its flagship...or strong character is due to laurel oil which, due to its richness in lauric acid, would help soften the skin in addition to providing a protective barrier against dryness. Laurel oil is recommended for dry, atypical skin, and for conditions such as acne, psoriasis, eczema and blackheads. Laurel oil is said to be purifying, astringent and disinfectant.

As if that wasn't enough...! Jardins Phlox adds, to make this soap one of the most powerful and complete in our Belle Créature collection among others :

. Black cumin oil (black cumin), which is believed to be effective in treating skin problems such as redness, acne and skin irritations. High in unsaturated fats and vitamin E.

. White willow bark which is said to help manage oil production in oily skin. Raw materail proven for over 6000 years and associated with the treatment of pain and inflammation.

. Propolis, defined as a resinous substance, propolis acts as a soothing factor and aids in healing.

*Aleppo soad containing 40% concentration of bay oil is incorporated into the recipe. At the end of the creation process, a 12% concentration of laurel oil results. Tips : Provide a soap holder with a surface that allows good water flow in order to prolong its use. Thus, a 150 g soap can last up to almost 18 days when used by 2 people at the rate of 2 showers per day.

Contraindication : This soap contains less than 1% of natural source salicin. In cas of allergy or intolerance, check with your doctor if you can use it.

Also, black seed oil is a powerful therapeutic active which could, depending on the sensitivity of the user, compete with the medication. Although the percentage added to our Mephisto soap is sufficient to deploy its benefits, its dosage remains within the lower limits of the recommended percentage of use. However, it is recommended to consult a doctor before using our soap, especially for pregnant and breastfeeding women without medical advice from a doctor. This oil may have an effect on certain hormone secretions and it is not known whether these effets are transferable to babies at these stages of development. People who take prescription drugs, have major surgery, or are at greater risk of having a stroke, heart attack or atherosclerosis are also advised to consult a doctor before using them.

Before using Nigella seed oil, a skin test is recommended. This can be done by applying a tiny amount of this oil to a small area of skin that is not sensitive. Avoid eyes and mucous membranes by soaping yourself.
